For over 24 years, I thrived as an ICU nurse — caring for people during life-or-death moments. But I was also fighting hidden battles from childhood trauma and two near-death experiences.

These moments brought me to my knees — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I couldn’t keep living under the weight of unhealed pain.

Instead of staying broken, I fought for healing. That journey led me to RTT®, and everything changed.

RTT wasn’t just another tool — it was the missing link. I rewired limiting beliefs, released trauma I thought I’d carry forever, and reclaimed my life. Today, I’m a Certified RTT® Therapist and Heart Coherence Specialist, trained live with Marisa Peer.   • What exactly is Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT)?

    • RTT® is a powerful therapeutic method that helps you uncover and reprogram the root cause of limiting beliefs, fears, and emotional patterns—often in just one to three sessions. It combines hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and solution-focused coaching. Unlike talk therapy, RTT works directly with your subconscious mind, where long-lasting transformation takes place.

  • How is RTT® different from traditional talk therapy?

    • RTT® is not talk therapy. Instead of weeks or months of surface-level discussion, RTT identifies the subconscious “program” keeping you stuck and rewires it for freedom, confidence, and peace. It’s fast, deep, and transformational.

  • How long is each RTT® session?

    • Each session is about 2 hours. You’ll also receive a personalized 21-day Transformational Audio to reinforce the changes and deepen your results after the session.

  • Is RTT® right for everyone?

    • While RTT® is highly effective for most people, it’s Not appropriate for individuals with Epilepsy or serious mental health conditions like Psychosis, Schizophrenia, or Schizoaffective Disorder. If you are under psychiatric care or have a diagnosis of these conditions, please consult with your mental health provider before seeking RTT®.

  • Will I be unconscious during the session?

    • No — RTT uses a relaxed, aware state of hypnosis. You're fully in control and can speak the whole time.

  • Is RTT safe?

    • Yes. It’s gentle, effective, and client-centered — nothing forced or invasive.

  • When will I see results?

    • Some people feel relief instantly. Others notice shifts over days/weeks as the audio rewires patterns.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    • Many clients see breakthroughs after just one session, though deeper patterns may require up to three sessions. That’s why I’m offering multiple offers such as - a single session, a 3-session Deep Transformational Bundle package, and a 5 session Total Life Glow Experience package during my Grand Opening Sale.

  • What if I’m not ready to book a RTT session yet?

    • No problem! You can schedule a Free 30-Minute Breakthrough Call to ask questions, share what’s on your heart, and see if RTT® is the right fit for you.

  • What is a Breakthrough Call?

    • Every RTT® session begins with a required 30-minute Breakthrough Call. This is a separate appointment from your RTT® session — they will not take place on the same day. The call allows us to connect, set intentions, release resistance, and prepare your subconscious for the deepest possible transformation.

  • Why is the Breakthrough Call separate?

    • Transformation begins before you ever step into your RTT® session. By giving you a dedicated space to share your story, clarify your goals, and feel fully supported, the Breakthrough Call primes your subconscious for change. This way, when you arrive at your RTT® session, you’re already open, safe, and ready for your breakthrough.

  • Is this offered virtually and in person?

    • Yes! All sessions can be done securely virtually worldwide online through a secure HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record platform "Practice Better" — no matter where you are in the world. In-person sessions are offered at Mind Glow Transformations 2324 west 8th Street Erie, PA 16505.

  • How do I schedule both appointments?

    • After purchase, you’ll first be directed to book your Breakthrough Call. Once that’s complete, you’ll schedule your RTT® session for a later date (usually 2–7 days after the call). This flow ensures you get the most powerful and personalized transformation possible.

  • What happens after I book?

    • Once you reserve your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details. On the day of your session (virtual or in-person), you’ll simply relax, follow my voice, and allow the process to guide you into transformation.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • Life happens — and I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a $30 cancellation fee. This helps me honor both your time and mine, as well as serve other clients who may be waiting.
